Invoicing

There are two types of payments: payments through TOPES and payments directly to the supplier.

  1. Payment via TOPES means service "One bill / one contract" service. It helps to minimize the burden on the legal and accounting departments. Your company will no longer need to sign a separate contract with each supplier: only one contract with TOPES will give the opportunity to order all the goods and services from different suppliers and will significantly reduce the burden on the accounts to pay bills twice a month.

  2. When you choose direct payments to supplier, you can get invoices in TOPES or when receiving goods and then pay them.
